The Lease Agreement Attestation form must be signed and stamped by the Lawyer, Notary Public or Legal Procurator in Malta, who is ensuring that the lease agreement presented to Identità has indeed been signed by the individuals declared in the lease agreement.
This form is required for New and Still Abroad applicants who submit their applications after the 23rd September 2024.
