Good News once again regarding the Urban Conservation Area Tax Exemption Scheme!
Although during the Budget 2026 speech of October 27th 2025, Finance Minister Clyde Caruana did not expressly mention the renewal of the UCA Tax Exemption scheme, in a press conference delivered by Prime Minister Robert Abela, he confirmed that the scheme will indeed be renewed.
