Good News regarding the Urban Conservation Area Tax Exemption Scheme!
For those concerned about the potential expiration of the Urban Conservation Area (UCA) tax exemption scheme, there’s reassuring news.
During an interview on October 6, 2024, the Prime Minister addressed these concerns, noting that many have expressed worries, especially those in the promise of sale stage, about the scheme ending by year’s close. He confirmed that support measures for property development and restoration within UCAs will indeed be maintained.
